Personalized Specialty Care

Chronic head and neck pain can be complex and demands specialized expertise and care. Diagnosis and treatment requires devoting time and attention to our patients that other providers are often unable to offer. At Tennessee Orofacial Pain we pride ourselves on providing the finest personalized care.

Treatment Plan

Patients who are seen for a comprehensive examination will be provided with a treatment plan. This treatment plan is an estimate of the cost of treatment. During the course of treatment it may be necessary to make changes to the initial treatment plan.

Fees

Tennessee Orofacial Pain aims to provide the highest quality care at reasonable fees. The practice is fee-for-service and does not participate in any insurance plans. All appointments require a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. After your appointment the deposit will be applied to your account towards payment of services rendered.

Payment

Payment is required at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks or any other forms of payment.

Insurance

Tennessee Orofacial Pain is a fee-for-service practice and does not accept insurance. Your insurance plan may provide out of network benefits, which may allow you to submit a claim to your insurance company. At your request, documentation of treatment can be provided directly to you so that you may file your own insurance claim.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us if it becomes necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows other patients to have access to much needed care. Notice of cancellation must be provided 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment time. No-shows and cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 appointment reservation deposit.
