What to expect during your first visit

The team at Tennessee Orofacial Pain will go the extra-mile to obtain a diagnosis. We will take the extra time to listen to your story, perform a comprehensive physical examination, and perform any necessary diagnostic testing.

Your orofacial pain specialist will order any advanced imaging that is necessary for diagnosis. This may include advanced Cone-Beam CT (CBCT) imaging, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and conventional x-rays.

Tennessee Orofacial Pain will always work with you to provide a treatment plan that is customized to your needs. We understand that everyone’s situation is different.

When possible, same-day treatment will be offered. This depends on diagnosis and which treatment options are appropriate.
